Kelly Baptista graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 with a business degree. In June of that same year she started as a teller with Lusitania Savings Bank. Within 3 months, Kelly moved up to the Lending Department as a Loan Clerk, and in 2016 became a Registered Residential Mortgage Loan Originator.
Through her work as a Loan Clerk and as a Loan Processor she has dealt with every detail involved in the mortgage process from application day to closing and finally through the day a customer successfully pays off their loan.
She can help you with any concerns you may have, be they questions about payments made for real estate taxes and insurance or questions about the typical process in an application for the purchase of your first home. Kelly is here to find answers for all your mortgage questions.
